Audition Reservation Fees - How they Work

Upon booking an audition, all non-members will need to provide pre-authorisation of a £10 charge to a valid credit/debit card. This payment will not be taken providing either of the following conditions are met;

The auditionee attends their audition slot or

The auditionee provides notice to cancel more than 72 hours before their original audition slot.

The charge will made via the pre-authorized card if the following conditions are met;

The auditionee does not attend their audition slot and does not cancel their audition slot providing 72 hours advance notice.

If you do need to cancel and it is within 72 hours of your audition, please e-mail [email protected] before cancelling on this platform - we may be able to offer your slot to another auditionee.

The refund of charges which would ordinarily be considered applicable for non-attendance or late cancellation are at the discretion of the Sedos Management Committee.

No card details are held by Sedos - they are only ever handled by our card payment handler - Stripe.
