The Color Purple Workshop BRIXTON

Join us for the free pre-audition workshop for Sedos's production of The Color Purple at Brixton House on Saturday May 25th at 14:00.

You'll get the opportunity to meet the production team, learn more about the show, its characters and our particular vision for how it'll look and feel on stage. Then we'll be diving into some group singing from the show followed by some movement - don't worry, you don't need any experience, come as you are and wear comfy clothes that you can move around in.

The intention for this workshop is to create a space for as many Black participants as possible. We are not preventing or precluding anyone from attending, but hope that non-Black people will consider allowing Black-identifying people the opportunity to fill these slots first.

There is no obligation to audition if you attend the workshop - likewise, you're very welcome to audition regardless of whether or not you attend the workshop. The workshop is totally optional and just an opportunity to meet us, learn about the show and have fun.

Please note that auditions are for those aged 18+
